Mongo is offering free online courses and a course completion certificate. If you are eager to learn about the nosql databases, its a good opportunity for you all. You can go to https://university.mongodb.com and register for the course you want. Not only DBA courses, but also Developer courses are being offered.
I got my course completed recently. You will need to follow the online classes, do quizzes, submit your homework in time and there is a final exam. Once you are done with all these, you will be awarded with a course completion certificate.
